How can I make scrumptions and tender barbeque chicken without the outside grill?

you will need to broil...
BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tbs honey
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbs mustard
1tbs sugar

Pound chicken pieces and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a bit of paprika, prepare one cup of milk with one egg yolk, whisk well, marinate chicken in fridge (Important) overnight. remove, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce 4 hours in fridge.
take out of the fridge for 1 hour
heat broiler well (5 minutes)
prepare broiler dish so that the grease can drip to a pan below
Broil 6 minutes on one side and 6 minutes on the other side amking sure it is not too close to a flame... brush with leftover BBQ sauce twice while cooking.
let rest 3 minutes, serve with baked beans and salad.
