I think those items would fetch a handsome sum at a garage sale. Perhaps you could paint "Thank you for being my friend" on the dishware to increase the perceived value. You could fill the two small baskets with packets of Fancy Ketchup and sell them as gift baskets. I would sell the gold plated swan planter to Cash4Gold, and use that money to fund your dream vacation.

I have never hit the Home Depot parking lot jackpot like this, but one time I found a plastic horse head while taking a walk in my neighborhood. I use it when I need to remind people that it would be a mistake to wrong me.
