You will rue the day if you ever paint your pool. I am sorry sounds like the plastering company screwed up. You should have been there during the installation process.

Pebble fina, visited their website, it is similar to 3M using a quartz ceramically glazed granule. It is mixed into regular plaster and the plaster can be colored to darken it. Usually a shade of grey is used though other colors can be used. The problem with it is it sounds like your contractor did not use the correct portion of quartz chips in the process and or missed the plaster colorant process.

The start up could have been an in place acid bath were they put in 1 gallon of muriatic acid per 4,000 gallons of water then they neutralize it with soda ash and tell you it is alright to swim in. This process is recommended by those who make the stuff.

There is another process and that is to do an acid wash after the plaster is installed usually the next day then fill the pool with water. This is a better way to do it since you don't have to swim in a chemical dump.

I would contact the contractor and ask what their explanation is for the color change. Sounds like someone screwed up. The acid bath process is supposed to burn off the outer plaster layer the granules are not harmed by this process. The direct acid wash just does it better and you may suggest to the contractor to do it at his cost.

If your bike is no longer working quite as well as it once did, or if it never worked as well as you wanted it to, that doesn't always necessarily mean you should get rid of your bike entirely. It might be that by buying new bike parts you can repair or improve your bike for cheaper than it would cost to buy a replacement. At the same time, by buying the parts you want in particular, you will be able to personalise and modify your bike to be the perfect bike for you.

But what parts can you buy and how can you improve your bike without replacing it? The options are pretty much endless.

Firstly the basics, and a great new bike part you can buy is a new seat. This is a common point of contention for many people who don't get as much enjoyment out of riding their bikes as they perhaps should. By getting a comfier seat you can greatly improve the experience of bike riding and make it something that you actually look forward to and that doesn't hurt. A range of options are available that you can replace on your bike including gel seats and seats that adapt to the shape of your buttocks.

One of the things that breaks most regularly on a lot of bikes are the gears, and its often to experience gears slipping down while you're riding (and to then end up kicking the air and scratching your ankle on the spokes or the pedal). Fortunately they're also easy to repair, and you can do it yourself if you have the right bike parts. Why not choose some funky new 'grip shift' gears, or have an extra few gears put on the top while you're at it? Once you replace your gears it can be a good idea to invest in a guard that will prevent them from becoming damaged in the future. This way you can ride through mud and pebbles without causing damage to your bike.

Similarly breaks also often fail, and even if they don't stop working completely you can find they become unresponsive over time which can be quite dangerous if you're going down a steep hill only to find they won't work. Again though these are even easier than gears to repair, so just get a screwdriver, some replacements and stick them on.

Smaller removable bike parts can also be added on with no difficulty that will improve the experience and the safety. For example a bell - which can enable you to alert people that you want to overtake or ring before entering a tunnel; or a light - which will let you see where you're going in the dark. By adding reflectors you can also ensure that other people see you which is perhaps more important from a safety perspective when your on the road. Optional additional things you can add to personalise your bike are stickers - to change the design, and lights to go on your spokes - which look great when you really get the wheel turning.

The Green Lady and the White Witch

The story never makes clear who the Green Lady really is or where she comes from. Some readers believe that the White Witch (Jadis) and the Lady of The Green Kirtle are the same person; Jadis, however, is slain by Aslan several hundred years earlier in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

The source of the speculation is probably the set of character sketches included in later editions of the books: the sketch for Jadis describes her as "completely evil, even in The Silver Chair." Since it is the Lady of the Green Kirtle who appears in The Silver Chair, some conclude that this must refer to the Green Lady. The character sketches, however, are recent additions to the books; they were not written by Lewis, and, in this regard, are not supported by Lewis's text.

The mechanics of how Jadis could return are never made clear, since she is killed at the end of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, her last appearance in the books except for the prequel The Magician's Nephew. In Prince Caspian, Nikabrik and his companions suggest that the White Witch could be resurrected — "who ever heard of a witch that really died?" In Lewis's text this plan is never put to the test, though the Disney film adaptation introduces a ritual that begins to pull Jadis back to life before the spell is broken.

OK, so you know I'm going to tell you to clean your workspace and get organized. Here are 5 simple ways to makeover your workspace and become super efficient in the process:

1. Clear out and clean everything. Clutter attracts clutter. Actually schedule time to completely clear off your office desk and surrounding work area. If you have a table nearby, clear that too. 3. Go Green. Add plants, move your desk near a window or into a more inspiring location. Set up computers, printers, and all electronics with an energy efficient power strip. Put images of outdoors and nature on your wall.

4. Inspire. On your desk and windowsill, use the power of three to inspire you. Three pictures of kids, friends, family, etc. Three plants to add fresh oxygen to your workspace such as a Money Tree and Lucky Bamboo, and ivy. Three quotes about money and motivation.

5. Less is More. Aim for a Zen quality to your workspace. Only that which you need in the moment should be on your desk. All books and reference materials should be on a bookcase. Everything else goes back to its home (file cabinets, drawers, folders). Take out one project at a time.

Your space reflects your commitment to perform well. At the end of each workday, commit to putting everything away and leaving your workspace neat, clean and ready for productivity the next day.
